Drawing from leading global frameworks like CASEL’s Five Core Competencies and UNESCO MGIEP’s EMC² model, we’ll break down the key components of SEL in a way that’s practical, contextual, and easy to relate to your teaching experience. You’ll reflect on your own learning journey, understand how emotions shape thinking and behavior, and begin to see SEL not as an “extra,” but as something deeply embedded in everyday interactions with children.
